Position Summary:
The Part Time Leasing Professional is responsible for driving occupancy and enhancing brand visibility across multiple apartment communities. This role focuses on leasing apartment homes, generating qualified traffic, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the community’s presence within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Marketing:
- Greet and engage prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Conduct community and unit tours with prospective residents and accurately provide them with detailed information about unit and community.
- Prepare leasing route and amenities to ensure they are in show ready condition at all times.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone, email, and property management software.
- Prepare and serve refreshments in the leasing office to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure service request are entered into property management software in a timely and detailed manner and follow up upon completion to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain daily outdoor marketing material to improve curb appeal
- Conduct outside marketing to increase community’s recognition in the market as well as advertise community hosted events.
- Create and manage social media posts to increase online presence and engagement.
- Assist with the planning and execution of community hosted events.
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist with application processing and document review using property management software.
- Maintain accurate resident files, both digitally and physically.
- Distribute notices, flyers, and other resident communications.
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed.
- Maintain the community’s stay in touch program to ensure timely execution and follow up.
- Monitor resident’s renter’s insurance policies to ensure they remain active during lease term
- Assist with resident renewal paperwork and resident’s mid term lease changes.
- Abide by Fair Housing Laws at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using social media platforms.
- Must possess driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Schedule:
- This position is for up to 24 hours per week.
